上海对节能环保领域的政府资金支持力度日益增加,对项目扶持的内容类别也不断扩大,但传统的补贴方式对产业的扶持效果较为有限。对政府资金运用机制的创新,不仅可以有效缓解财政压力,还可以提高政府资金的运用效益,进而更好地发挥对节能环保产业的引导和促进作用。

Shanghai government gives the energy conservation and environmental protection industry more supports in these years,which covered more contents of the projects.But traditional subsidies had limit support effects.To innovate the mechanism of the use of financial funds,which not only can relieve the pressure of the government,but can improve the achievements of the financial funds as well,that can guide and promote the energy conservation and environmental protection industry well.
