韩国来华留学生教育管理的问题及建议

Problems and Suggestions on Educational Management of South Korean Students Studying in China

韩国与中国的经济、人文交流十分密切,是最大的来华留学生生源国。以数量庞大的韩国留学生为例,主要通过从准备来华留学的韩国学生、目前在华的韩国留学生以及已毕业的韩国留学生那里了解到他们来华留学的原因、在华留学期间遇到的问题以及完成学业后的发展和就业情况等方面信息,阐述了在留学生培养过程中,招生、教育及管理方面存在的一些实际问题,提出了一些建议和意见。近年来我国来华留学生数量不断增加,但是教育管理质量却明显滞后,包括优势专业较少、教学管理落后、生源质量差等问题,这些弊端和不足严重阻碍了我国来华留学生教育事业的可持续发展。因此,需要直面这些弊端,注重教学质量,开发优势专业,增强来华留学的吸引力,建立一支高度专业化的管理团队,优化留学生管理,稳定留学生群体,从而建设世界上享有良好国际声誉的高水平高等院校,创造良好的国际形象,提升我国的国际影响力,培养出对国际社会发展有益的高水平人才。

South Korea and China have very close economic and cultural exchanges,and is the largest source of overseas students in China.The paper takes example of the large number of South Korean students in China,investigated the reasons why South Korean students chose to study in China,the problems they encounter during their study in China,and the employment situation and career development after they finish their studies,thus expounds the practical problems in the recruitment,education and management of overseas students during the training process,and puts forward the author’s personal suggestions and opinions.In recent years,the number of overseas students in China has been increasing,but the quality of education management is lagging behind,problems including fewer advantageous majors,backward teaching management and poor enrollment quality of students,etc.These disadvantages and deficiencies seriously hinder the sustainable development of overseas students'education in China.Therefore,we need to face up to these disadvantages,pay attention to the quality of teaching,develop advantageous majors,and enhance the attraction of studying in China.Establish a highly professional management team to optimize the management of overseas students.Hence build institutions of higher learning with good international reputations in the world,create a good international image,enhance China's international influence,and cultivate high-level talents beneficial to the development of the international community.
