摘要
粗饲料在瘤胃中的消化率较精饲料偏低,因而限制了反刍动物对于粗饲料的利用率,而酶制剂可以提高粗饲料的消化率,促进动物生长。本研究主要从酶制剂作用机理、酶制剂对反刍动物瘤胃发酵、营养物质消化率、生产性能的影响等方面进行了综述,旨在为反刍动物日粮中添加酶制剂提供一定的研究思路。
The digestibility of roughage in rumen is lower than that of concentrate, which limits the use of roughage in ruminants,while enzyme preparation can improve the utilization of roughage,promoting animal growth. In order to make enzyme preparation more efficient in ruminants, in this study, the action mechanism of enzyme preparation in ruminants feeding, the effects of enzyme preparation on the production performance of ruminants, rumen fermentation, nutrient digestibility were reviewed. The purpose of this research was to provide scientific basis for the application of feeding enzymes preparation in ruminants.
