从肾虚肝郁理论浅析慢性肾功能衰竭合并抑郁障碍的中医辨证

The discussion of traditional Chinese and western medicine about onset correlation between chronic renal failure and depressive disorder

慢性肾功能衰竭是一种不可逆转的慢性疾病,预后差,随着病程延长,患者极易产生抑郁等负面情绪。抑郁障碍不仅会使慢性肾功能衰竭患者生活质量进一步下降,同时又可导致原发肾病的加重,增加治疗的困难,严重影响患者康复及预后。笔者认为慢性肾功能衰竭合并抑郁障碍的发生发展与肝、肾密切相关,文章拟从病因病机、治疗等方面,对本病进行简要论述。

Chronic renal failure(CRF) is an irreversible chronic disease with poor prognosis. With the extension of the course of disease,patients are prone to get depression and other negative emotions. The incidence of depression will not only lead to a further decline in the quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure, but also to cause aggravation of primary kidney disease,increasing difficulty of treatment and seriously affecting rehabilitation and prognosis of patients with chronic renal failure. The author believes that the occurrence and development of chronic renal failure with depression disorder is closely related to liver and kidney. This article will discuss this disease briefly from the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis and treatment.
