网络平台服务经济环境下的服务评价方法研究

Research on Service Evaluation Methods Based on the Network Platform Service Economy Environment

随着互联网技术的发展,网络平台服务经济已成为信息化时代重要的经济形式。对网络平台服务经济环境下的服务评价方法展开研究,有利于企业了解自身的服务能力,对网络平台服务经济的长远发展具有重要意义。本文通过对与服务评价方法相关的文献进行梳理,总结归纳现有网络平台服务经济环境下的服务评价方法,从服务评价的能力、绩效和满意度三个维度将服务评价的方法分别进行归类,指出各自的局限性。

With the development of Internet technology, network platform service economy has become an important form of economy in the information era. Through researching of service evaluation methods based on the network platform service economy environment, enterprises could be benefited to understand their own service ability clearly. There is great significance for the long-term development of the network platform service economy. Moreover, based on the literature related to service evaluation methods, this paper not only summarized the existing service evaluation methods in the network platform service economy environment, also classified the service evaluation methods from the three dimensions that included service evaluation ability, performance and satisfaction. Finally,this paper pointed out the corresponding limitations of the past service evaluation methods researches.
