Strengthening regional cooperation and pushing forward competitive capacity of production to "go abroad" will give an impetus to regional coordinated development. By analyzing constraints for competitive capacity of production in Hebei Province participating in international cooperation of capacity of production, this paper puts forward such solution proposals as innovating modes of financing, building platforms of excellent services, and establishing alliances of international cooperation of capacity of production.
