摘要
基于机器视觉图像识别测量技术,研制了一种手推式磨耗状态检测仪,实现了对钢轨廓型、钢轨顶面不平顺及轨底坡的连续同时测量,并对仪器的测量精度进行了校验。结果证明,所制仪器的示值误差为-0.016^+0.003 mm,测量重复性精度达到了0.018 mm,可满足高铁及城市轨道交通工务作业要求。
A hand-propelled rail wear detector is developed based on machine vision image recognition and measurement technology. The detector can continuously and simultaneously measure the changes of rail profile, track top irregularities and rail cant, the measurement accuracy of the instrument has been verified. The results show that the detector’s indication error is within -0.016^+0.003 mm range and the repeatability accuracy of measurement achieves 0.018 mm, which can meet the requirements of high-speed railway and urban railway operation.
