基于轮轨动态测试的地铁列车运行平稳性异常问题分析 被引量:4

摘要 列车平稳性与车辆状态、线路状况、轨道结构及不平顺等因素相关。对某新建地铁线路试运行阶段开展了动态综合测试工作,发现列车在某些区段存在横向平稳性异常问题。通过轮轨动态测试及现场调查等方式对列车平稳性问题进行分析,确定轨向异常是导致列车平稳性异常的原因,并对轨向进行针对性精调及整治。结果表明,列车运行平稳性复测结果满足标准要求。同时阐述了列车平稳性异常问题发现、治理、验证的过程,证明了地铁新线开通前开展轮轨动态测试的必要性。 The running stability of the metro train is always related to vehicle condition,line condition,track structure and rail irregularity.The abnormal horizontal stability problems in some sections are found during the dynamic comprehensive tests implemented in the trial operation of a newly built metro line.By means of wheel-rail dynamic test and field investigation,the abnormal train stability is comprehensively analyzed,and the abnormal track direction is detected as the cause of the abnormal train stability,so the track direction is adjusted and rectified.The results show that the re-test of train running stability could meet the standard requirements.Finally,the process of discovery,treatment and verification of abnormal train stability is systematically expounded,and the necessity of wheel/rail dynamic test before the opening of new metro lines is proved.
