摘要
针对合成氨装置生产负荷低、用电单耗高的问题,分析了生产控制、生产操作方面影响消耗的各种因素,采取了在半负荷运行情况下,降低合成气压缩机和氨冷冻机运行台数、减少循环水用量等措施,实践显示,整合大机组运行台数后,每小时降低电耗1 346.4kW·h;降低生产水用量后,每小时降低电耗564.5kW·h,按照电费0.36元/kW·h计,共降低液氨成本68.9元/t,降耗效果显著。
In view of low production load and high unit electricity consumption of ammonia plants, various factors affecting the consumption in production control and operation are analyzed, and measures such as reducing the number of operating syngas compressors and ammonia refrigerators and reducing the amount of circulating water are taken under the condition of half load operation. Practice shows that the power consumption per hour is reduced by 1 346.4kW·h after integrating the number of operating units, and the power consumption per hour is reduced by 564.5kW·h. after reducing water consumption in production. With an electricity charge of 0.36 yuan/kW·h, the total cost of liquid ammonia product is reduced by 68.9 yuan/t. As a result, the efficiency is quite significant.
