摘要
对尿素装置造粒尾气氨含量进行分析计算,对目前国内普遍采取的水洗法回收措施进行探讨,结果表明,水洗法无法满足即将出台的氨排放限值,而酸洗工艺是目前较为合理的回收措施。提出几种酸洗工艺,并对其进行分析。
The ammonia content in the granulation exhaust from urea plant is analyzed and calculated, and the recovery measures of water wash process commonly adopted in China are discussed. The results show that the water wash process cannot meet the upcoming limit on ammonia emission, while the acid wash process is a more reasonable recovery measure at present. Several acid wash processes are put forward and analyzed.
