摘要
某大型国产化大化肥生产装置在冬季停车防冻的状态下,发生一起阀门冻裂事件。通过拆检阀门,发现其冻裂的直接原因是楔形闸阀阀体内腔积液结冰膨胀,进一步深入剖析阀体内腔积液原因,最终发现根本原因在于对该类型阀门结构认识的不足。针对其结构形式,重新制定相应的防护措施。
A frost cracking incident of valve occurred to a large domestic fertilizer plant when it was protected against freezing during winter shutdown. Through disassembly and inspection of the valve, it was found that the direct cause of the frost cracking was the freezing and expansion of the accumulated liquid in the inner cavity of the wedge-shaped gate valve. Further in-depth analysis of the causes of the liquid accumulation in the inner cavity of the valve showed the ultimate cause lied in insufficient understanding for the structure of this type of valve. Corresponding protective measures were developed for this valve in line with its structural form.
