自拟中药外洗方结合冲击波治疗法治疗足底筋膜炎的临床研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究自拟中药外洗方结合冲击波治疗法治疗足底筋膜炎的临床效果。方法:将符合纳入标准的60名足底筋膜炎患者随机分成2组,治疗组采用自拟中药外洗方结合冲击波治疗法治疗,对照组采用单纯冲击波治疗法治疗。运用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价2组患者治疗前及治疗4周后的足部疼痛情况,并观察临床疗效。结果:2组治疗4周后VAS评分均明显降低(P<0.05),临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),并且治疗组患者相对于对照组患者疗效更加明显。结论:自拟中药外洗方结合冲击波治疗法治疗足底筋膜炎临床疗效确切满意,且不良反应少。
