某三甲医院脊柱畸形患者的住院费用影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors of hospitalization expenses for patients with spinal deformity in a top three hospital

目的 分析脊柱畸形患者的住院费用,探讨其影响因素。方法 通过对脊柱畸形患者病案首页信息的整理汇总,分析住院费用的构成变化和时间趋势变化,通过单因素分析方法探讨影响住院费用的各类因素。结果 住院总费用的中位数逐年递增,手术患者的住院费用高于非手术患者,年龄段在18~45岁的患者住院费用中位数最高,为106 754元,医疗付费方式为自费的患者住院费用中位数最高,为11 846元,入院情况为急的患者住院费用中位数最大,为127 349元,住院天数在30天以上的住院费用中位数最大,为121 644元,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 可以通过控制耗材费用、规范手术指征、缩短术前住院日等方式降低住院费用。

Objective To analyze the hospitalization expenses of patients with spinal deformity and to explore the influencing factors.Methods Through the compilation and summary of the homepage information of patients with spinal deformity, the composition changes and time trend changes of hospitalization expenses were analyzed. The factors affecting hospitalization expenses were discussed by single factor analysis methods.Results The median total hospitalization cost increased year by year. The hospitalization cost of surgical patients was higher than that of non-surgical patients. The median hospitalization cost of patients aged 18~45 years old was the highest, being 106 754 yuan. The medical payment method was self-paying patient hospitalization expenses. The median was the highest, at 11 846 yuan. The median hospitalization cost was the highest in the hospitalized patients, which was 127 349 yuan. The median hospitalization cost for hospitalization days was more than 30 days, which was 121 644 yuan. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion hospitalization costs by controlling consumables costs, standardizing surgical indications, and shortening preoperative hospital stays.
