质控小组管理联合信息追溯系统在儿科门诊输液管理中的效果评价

Effect evaluation of quality control team management joint information traceability system in pediatric outpatient infusion management

目的 研究质控小组管理模式联合信息追溯系统在儿科门诊输液精细化管理中的应用价值。方法 将2017年1月至2018年10月期间于某院儿科门诊进行输液治疗的386例患儿作为观察对象,参照随机数表法分成对照组、研究组,各193例。对照组患儿接受单独的精细化管理,研究组患儿在精细化管理中应用质控小组管理模式联合信息追溯系统。对比两组患儿输液等待时间、穿刺疼痛程度、一次性穿刺成功率、非计划拔管率、输液并发症发生率、护理服务质量。结果 研究组患儿的输液等待时间、穿刺VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿的一次性穿刺成功率89.1%(172/193)高于对照组的76.2%(147/193),非计划拔管率15.5%(30/193)低于对照组的36.8%(71/193),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿的输液并发症总发生率6.2%(12/193)低于对照组的14.5%(28/193),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组急救管理、护理安全、病区管理评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 质控小组管理模式联合信息追溯系统在儿科门诊输液精细化管理中的应用价值高,能缩短输液等待时间,减轻穿刺疼痛,提高穿刺质量及护理质量,降低输液并发症发生风险,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the application value of the quality control group management mode combined with information traceability system in the infusion refinement management of pediatric outpatients.Methods Totally 386 children who underwent infusion therapy in the Pediatric Outpatient Clinic from January 2017 to October 2018 were observed.All the patients were divided into the control group and the study group by reference to the random number table method,with 193 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given separate fine management,and the patients in the study group were given quality control group management mode and the information traceability system in the refined management.The infusion waiting time,puncture pain degree,one-time puncture success rate,unplanned extubation rate,infusion complication rate,and nursing service quality were compared between the two groups.Results The infusion waiting time and puncture VAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of one-time puncture in the study group(89.1%,172/193)was higher than that in the control group(76.2%,147/193),and the unplanned extubation rate in the study group was(15.5%,30/193)lower than that in the control group(36.8%,71/193)(P<0.05);The total incidence of infusion complications in the study group(6.2%,12/193)was lower than that in the control group(14.5%,28/193)(P<0.05).The first-aid management,nursing safety,and ward management scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality control group management mode combined with information tracing system has high application value in pediatric outpatient infusion refinement management,which can shorten infusion waiting time,reduce puncture pain,improve puncture quality and quality of care,and reduce the risk of infusion complications.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
