PAX-2、PTEN和COX-2在子宫内膜增生症中的表达及意义

Expression and significance of PAX-2,PTEN and COX-2 in endometrial hyperplasia

目的 探讨PAX-2、PTEN、COX-2在子宫内膜增生症、正常增殖期子宫内膜中的表达及意义。方法 收集良性子宫内膜增生(不伴有非典型性)42例、子宫内膜非典型性增生/子宫内膜上皮内瘤变 48例,正常增殖期子宫内膜27例,应用免疫组化法检测PAX-2、PTEN、COX-2蛋白在上述组织中的表达。结果 PAX-2和PTEN在正常增殖期子宫内膜、良性子宫内膜增生(不伴有非典型性)和子宫内膜非典型性增生组织中的表达率逐渐降低(P<0.05)。COX-2在上述病变组织中的表达率逐渐升高(P<0.05)。结论 PAX-2、PTEN、COX-2的异常表达与子宫内膜增生症,尤其是与非典型性增生的发生相关,对子宫内膜增生症的诊断具有一定辅助意义。

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of PAX-2,PTEN and COX-2 in endometrial hyperplasia and in normal proliferative endometrium.Methods A total of 42 cases of benign endometrial hyperplasia and 48 cases of atypical hyperplasia/endometrioid intraepithelial neoplasia as well as 27 cases of normal proliferative endometrium were enrolled in the study.The expression levels of PAX-2,PTEN,and COX-2 were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The expression rates of PAX-2 and PTEN were gradually decreased in normal proliferative endometrium, benign endometrial hyperplasia and atypical hyperplasia tissues (P<0.05).However the expression rates of COX-2 were gradually increased in normal proliferative endometrium, benign endometrial hyperplasia and atypical hyperplasia tissues (P<0.05).Conclusion The abnormal expression of PAX-2,PTEN and COX-2 is related to the occurrence of endometrial hyperplasia,especially,which is closely correlated with the pathogenesis of atypical hyperplasia,which has certain auxiliary significance in diagnosis of endometrial hyperplasia.
