规范化护理对硫酸镁与小剂量阿司匹林治疗妊娠期高血压疾病的影响分析

Therapeutic effects of magnesium sulfate combined with low-dose aspirin on gestational hypertension

目的 总结硫酸镁与小剂量阿司匹林联合方案治疗妊娠期高血压疾病的临床效果。方法 收集2016年3月至2018年5月收治的80例妊娠期高血压患者临床资料,按照随机数字表法分为2组,每组40例。对照组采用静脉滴注硫酸镁治疗方案,观察组则在对照组基础上联用口服阿司匹林治疗方案,并对妊娠期高血压疾病患者进行整体规范化护理,比较2组患者临床疗效、不良反应以及血压、脐动脉血流速度峰谷比(S/D)、脐动脉血流S阻力指数(RI)等指数差异。结果 观察组治疗总有效率(92.50%)明显高于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.002,P<0.05);2组治疗前舒张压、收缩压、S/D、RI等指数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在接受分组治疗后可见均获得改善,相比之下,观察组各项指标改善效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(12.50%)明显低于对照组(22.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.859,P<0.05)。结论 采用硫酸镁联合小剂量阿司匹林治疗妊娠期高血压具有可观的疗效收益,有助于改善患者血压水平及脐动脉血流参数,安全性较高,具有临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of magnesium sulfate combined with low-dose aspirin on gestational hypertension.Methods A total of 80 patients with gestational hypertension who were admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2016 to May 2018 were enrolled in the study,who were divided into control group (n=40) and observation group (n=40) according to the random number table method.The patients in control group were treated by intravenous drip with magnesium sulfate,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group, were treated by oral aspirin,at the same time, the patients in both groups were treated by whole standardized nursing.The clinical curative effects,adverse reactions,blood pressure and umbilical artery blood flow velocity peak ratio (S/D) as well as umbilical artery blood flow S resistance index (RI) were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than that (75.00%) in control group (P<0.05). Before treatment there were no significant differences in diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,S/D,RI between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment the above indexes were improved in both groups, moreover,the improvement effects in observation group were superior to those in control group (P<0.05).In addition the incidence rate of adverse reactions in observation group (12.50%) was significantly lower than that (22.50%) in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of magnesium sulfate combined with low-dose aspirin in treatment of gestational hypertension can obtain obvious curative effects,which can significantly improve the blood pressure level and umbilical arterial blood flow parameters,with higher safety,therefor, it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
