摘要
为了有效改善成都平原地区的空气质量,为四川省环保的“一号工程”提供理论参考。通过构建成都平原大气污染压力评估指标体系,利用因子分析方法对2017年成都平原地区的8个城市的统计数据进行分析,进而评估出各城市的大气污染压力得分及排名。数据显示,资阳市、绵阳市、雅安市的大气污染压力相对较小,而乐山的大气污染压力相对较大。最后由评估指标体系和评估结果得出8个城市的大气污染治理工作方向:成都、眉山、乐山需控制散煤排放,降低人均生活煤炭消费量;成都、德阳、资阳要加强重点行业的减排力度,降低单位面积大气污染物排放压力;乐山、德阳、眉山需控制颗粒物的一次排放,降低地区单位面积烟(粉)尘排放压力;乐山、遂宁需加强地区绿化建设,提高环境忍耐力。
In order to effectively improve the air quality in Chengdu Plain and provide theoretical references for"No.1 Project"of environmental protection in Sichuan Province,this paper established the evaluation index system of air pollution pressure in Chengdu plain,and analyzed the statistical data of 8 cities in Chengdu plain in 2017 by factor analysis method,and the air pollution pressure scores and ranking of cities were evaluated.The data showed that the atmospheric pollution pressure in Ziyang,Mianyang and Ya'an were relatively low,while that in Leshan is relatively high.Finally,according to the evaluation index system and the evaluation results,the work direction of air pollution control in eight cities were obtained:Chengdu,Meishan and Leshan need to control the emission of bulk coal and reduce per capita coal consumption.Chengdu,Deyang and Ziyang should strengthen emission reduction in key industries and reduce the pressure of atmospheric pollutant emission per unit area.Leshan,Deyang and Meishan need to control the primary emission of particulate matter and reduce the emission pressure of smoke(powder)per unit area in the region.Leshan and Suining need to strengthen regional greening construction and improve environmental tolerance.
