摘要
超临界流体技术是一种制备高能材料微晶的新型工艺方法。为探究在利用超临界流体抗溶剂结晶法(SAS)制备HMX晶体时,不同溶剂对结果的影响,本文选用不同溶剂进行了样品试制,并采用扫描电子显微镜和红外光谱的方法对晶体粒径和形态进行了分析。结果表明,SAS法可以有效减小HMX晶体粒径,不同溶剂对所得晶体的形态的影响较大,且利用环己酮和丙酮再结晶得到的HMX晶体为β型。
Supercritical fluid technology is a new process for preparing microcrystals of high energy materials. In order to research the effect of different solvents on the morphology results of HMX prepared by supercritical fluid anti-solvent crystallization(SAS), different solvents were selected for sample preparation. And the scanning electron microscope(SEM) and Fourier infrared spectrum was used to analyze the crystal size and morphology of samples. The results showed that the size of HMX crystal can be reduced by SAS method;different solvents have great influence on the morphology of the crystals obtained;HMX crystal recrystallization by cyclohexanone and acetone shows βform.
