四川攀西地区钛白废酸处理现状及综合利用新途径展望

Current Status of Titanium White Waste Acid Treatment in Panxi Area, Sichuan Province and Prospects for Comprehensive Utilization

四川攀西地区钛白废酸产生量大,目前大部分钛白粉企业采用浓缩装置对废酸进行处理,但运行效果不理想。本文对攀西地区钛白废酸浓缩装置存在的问题进行了梳理,同时列举了一些钛白废酸综合利用的新途径,并指出了废酸综合利用的技术难点、探索方向等。

The amount of waste acid produced by titanium dioxide in Panxi, Sichuan Province is large. At present, most titanium dioxide enterprises use concentrated equipment to treat waste acid, but the operation effect is not satisfactory. In this paper, the problems of the titanium white waste acid concentrating device in Panxi area are sorted out. At the same time, some new ways of comprehensive utilization of titanium white waste acid are listed, and the technical difficulties and exploration directions of comprehensive utilization of waste acid are pointed out.
