壳核结构Poly(MPS-MAA)纳米复合乳液的合成及其对复合膜材料的改性研究

摘要 本文采取用简便的溶液聚合方式,合成了具有壳核结构的异丁烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MPS)/甲基丙烯酸(MMA)纳米级复合乳液Poly(MPS-MAA)。将合成的Poly(MPS-MAA)作为改性成分引入到聚氨酯/聚丙烯酸复合膜体系后,膜拉伸强度增加了44.83%,对有机污染物亚甲基蓝(MB)吸附容量增加了250%。 Poly(MPS-MAA) nanocomposite emulsion with core-shell structure was synthesized by simple solution polymerization. When the synthetic Poly(MPS-MAA) was added into the polyurethane/polyacrylic acid composite membrane system as a modified component, the tensile strength of the membrane has been improved by 44.83 %, and the adsorption capacity of the methylene blue(MB) organic pollutants increased by 250 %.
