产教融合背景下飞行器制造工程毕业设计探索与实践——以贵州理工学院为例

Exploration and Practice of Graduation Project of Aircraft Manufacture Engineering under the Background of Industry Education Integration——Taking Guizhou Institute of Technology as an Example

在产教融合背景下,对校企合作模式下飞行器制造工程专业本科毕业设计(论文)工作进行了探索。重点阐述了在毕业设计(论文)过程中管理制度的探索,介绍了在毕设过程中建立指导老师数据库、毕业设计(论文)选题工程化和多样化、日常指导、检查及质量反馈常态化、答辩与质量保障严格化等措施。通过以上实践,提升学生解决工程问题的能力,对于提高毕业生的培养质量具有很强的推动作用。

Under the integration of production and education, the graduation project(thesis) of aircraft manufacturing engineering under the mode of school enterprise cooperation is explored. This paper focuses on the exploration of the management system in the process of graduation design(thesis), and introduces the measures such as the database establishment of the guide teachers, the engineering and diversification of graduation design(thesis), the normalization of daily guidance, inspection and quality feedback, and the strictness of defend and quality assurance. The above practice improves the students’ ability to solve engineering problems, which has a strong role in promoting the quality of graduates education.
