丘陵山地林业轨道运输机研究应用进展

Progress in Research and Application of Forestry Rail Transporters in Hilly Areas

分析比较轨道运输机在欧美、日韩等国家的发展现状,以及国内的研究成果、发展现状和不足之处。针对当前轨道运输机研究应用中存在的农重林轻、重科研轻生产推广、全国统一技术标准少、科研投入不足等问题,提出了加强林业领域应用研究、制订更多的行业技术标准、降低设备成本和列入国家补贴政策相结合的应用推广模式,为我国南方丘陵山地林果、圆竹、竹笋、农用物资的经济高效运输提供参考依据。

This paper involves analysis and comparison of the development status of rail transporters in Europe,America,Japan and Korea,and the research achievements,development status and deficiencies of rail transporters in China.In view of such problems existing in current research and application of rail transporters as more emphasis in agriculture than in forestry,more focus placed on research than on production and popularization,insufficient unified national technical standards and insufficient scientific research investment,an application and popularization mode combining strengthened applied research in forestry,formulation of more unified industry technical standards,reduced equipment cost and inclusion in the national subsidy policies to provide reference basis for the economic and efficient transportation of hilly and mountainous forest fruits,bamboo,bamboo shoots and agricultural materials in hilly areas of southern China.
