摘要
介绍了油茶果的物理特性,选取安徽坝镇新采摘的油茶果作为样本统计得出油茶果胸径和端径、油茶果壳厚度、油茶籽外形尺寸分布图,为油茶青果表皮割切机的设计提供物料参数。对油茶青果表皮割切机进行了结构设计,应用ANSYS Workbench对割切机的关键部件横断刀片的刀齿进行了有限元分析,对比不同刃倾角和刃角的刀齿应力变化,根据应力云图的形变范围找出最优角度的刀齿,提高油茶青果表皮割切机横断刀片的使用寿命。
The physical properties of Camellia fruit were introduced.The Camellia fruit freshly picked in Ba Town,Anhui Province was selected as a sample to obtain the Camellia fruit breast diameter,end diameter,shell thickness and seed overall dimension distribution diagram by means of statistics to provide parameters for Camellia green fruit epidermis cutting machine.The structure design of the Camellia green fruit epidermis cutting machine was conducted,with ANSYS Workbench used to conduct finite element analysis of the teeth of the cross-cutting blades of the key parts of the cutting machine,the tooth stress changes of different blade inclination angles and edge angles compared.Based on the range of deformation one the stress cloud diagram,the teeth of the optimal angle were found out,thereby improving the service life of the cross-cutting blade of the Camellia green fruit epidermis cutting machine.
