摘要
马钢罗河尾矿可供利用的元素为铁,主要杂质是SiO2,CaO、Al2O3和S含量较高,为回收尾矿中铁元素,开展了试验研究。结果表明尾矿经强磁—磨矿—强磁分选后,可获得TFe品位45.84%的强磁预富集精矿,单一强磁选不能获得合格铁精矿;强磁精矿经1粗1精反浮选,可获得精矿铁品位52.17%、回收率15.95%的最终铁精矿。
The available elements in MaSteel Luohe tailings are iron,and the main impurities are SiO2,CaO,Al2O3 and S are high in content.To recovery the iron elements in tailings,experiment was conducted.Restults indicated that via high gradient magnetic separation-grinding-magnetic separation process,preconcentration concentrate with TFe grade 45.84%can be obtained,single high gradient magnetic separation cannot obtain qualified iron concentrate,high gradient magnetic concentrate via one roughign one cleaning reverse flotation,final iron concentrate with iron grade of 52.17%and recovery rate of 15.95%can be obtained.
