西川煤矿南翼回风大巷过断层技术

摘要 西川煤矿南翼回风大巷穿越断层时,附近区域裂隙发育充分,巷道支护困难。为了保证巷道的正常安全使用,通过采用长孔预注浆、锚网+U型钢+喷层、锚索、滞后注浆补强的多步联合支护方法,后期对该巷进行监测,得出在该段地质异常带内,顶板处于较稳定的状态,底板在治理过程中并且会逐渐稳定,实现巷道稳定的根本控制。通过联合支护可以实现对围岩的有效控制,保证巷道的安全使用。 The south wing air tunnel of Xichuan Coal Mine pass through the fault,the cracks in the nearby area are fully developed and the roadway support is difficult.In order to ensure the normal use of the roadway。By adopting the multi-step combined support of long-hole pre-grouting,the anchor net+U-shaped steel+spray layer,the anchor cable and the lag grouting reinforcement,Monitoring the tunnel later,it is concluded that in the geological anomaly zone,the roof is in a stable state,the floor is gradually stable in the treatment process and the two sides are always in the unstable movement process,the basic control of the tunnel stability is achieved。The effective control of surrounding rock can be realized by combined support to ensure the normal use of roadway.
