摘要
采用溜破系统的地下矿山,为连接各水平和提升粉矿,需要设置提升设施。目前多数地下矿山采用罐笼井提升方式,少量矿山采用电梯井、斜井、斜坡道等其他方式。针对某矿山的实际状况,研究分析更适合该矿山的提升方式。通过基建工程量、设备投资、运营费用等核算,对提升方案进行了技术经济比较。在基建工程量、设备投资差异不大的情况下,电梯井运营费用较小,故推荐采用电梯井方案。电梯井提升方式在地下矿山的应用将会越来越广泛。
Underground mines that use a sliding system need to set up lifting facilities in order to connect various levels and upgrade the powder mines.At present,most underground mines use the cage well lifting method,and a small number of mines use elevator wells,inclined wells,ramps and other methods.According to the actual situation of a mine,the method of upgrading is more suitable for the mine.The technical and economic comparison of the upgrading plan is made through the accounting of the amount of capital construction projects,equipment investment,and operating costs.In the case of little difference in the amount of infrastructure projects and equipment investment,the operation cost of elevator wells is small,and the elevator well scheme is recommended.The application of elevator shaft lifting in underground mines will become more and more widespread.
