冲击地压矿井断层构造区巷道掘进施工技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了降低巷道掘进期间动力灾害的发生,以401102工作面回风巷过断层构造区为背景,研究了支护参数和卸压参数。巷道掘进前采用预注浆加固破碎围岩,综掘机割煤后采用锚网索进行一次支护,最后采用29U型棚进行二次支护方式;巷道掘进期间在帮部、底板施工大孔径卸压孔,每80 m施工一次迎头卸压孔,孔距离剩15 m时重新施工卸压钻孔。通过围岩位移观测和SOS微震监测表明,采用预注浆加固、锚网索+29U型棚的支护方式和在巷道帮部、底板、迎头施工大孔径卸压钻孔可确保巷道顺利通过断层构造区。 In order to reduce the occurrence of dynamic disasters during roadway excavation,the support parameters and pressure relief parameters were studied with the 401102 working face returning wind passage through the fault structural area.Before the tunneling,the pre-grouting is used to reinforce the broken surrounding rock.After the coal mining machine cuts the coal,the anchor cable is used for one support.Finally,the 29U shed is used for the secondary support method;during the tunneling,the large diameter is applied to the slab and the floor.The pressure relief hole is used to construct the head pressure relief hole every 80 m,and the pressure relief hole is re-constructed when the hole distance is 15 m.Surrounding rock displacement observation and SOS microseismic monitoring show that the pre-grouting reinforcement,anchor cable+29U shed support method and large-aperture pressure relief drilling in the roadway gang,floor and head-on construction can ensure the smooth passage of the roadway through the fault.Construction area.
