摘要
矿岩爆破分区研究是以矿岩混合爆区作为研究对象,将穿插于岩层中的矿体,通过合理设计起爆网络和起爆时间间隔,爆破后矿石区域与岩石区域形成比较明显的分界线,易于区分采掘,对改善和优化爆破技术具有重要的意义。针对矿岩难分穿的混合爆区,通过合理炮孔布置、设计矿岩区域起爆时间间隔、分别设置矿岩爆破抛掷方向等方法,达到减少矿石损失的目的。而对矿岩分布均匀,易于分穿分爆的区域,采用经验爆破技术即可达到分爆、分采,控制矿石损失的目的。因此,对露天采场进行矿岩爆破分区是优化爆破技术、改善爆破效果、降低矿石开采损失率的必然选择。
Zoning of rock blasting ore on ore rock blasting mixed zone as the research object,interspersed in the rock in the ore body,through the reasonable design of priming network and the time interval after blasting and rock ore region boundary region formed obvious and easy to distinguish the hard rock mining,has important the significance for the improvement and optimization of blasting technology.For the mixed rock hard wearing explosive area,through the reasonable design of mine rock region initiation time interval,are respectively arranged rock blasting direction method,reach the purpose of reducing ore loss.The distribution of ore and rock is uniform,and it is easy to break through the zone of detonating and splitting,and the aim of controlling the loss and dilution can be achieved by using the experience blasting technique.Therefore,the mining area of mine rock blasting is an inevitable choice to optimize the blasting technology,improve the blasting effect and reduce the loss and dilution rate of the ore mining.
