获各琦铜矿深部开采顺序优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着获各琦铜矿开采深度增加,通过地压显现发现采场顶板垮塌、冒落与主要开拓巷道片帮等地压活动与现有开采顺序有关。为了缓解上述问题,选择合理的开采顺序,以数值模拟为手段,建立矿山数值模拟,以深部中段开采顺序为研究对象,分析了中央向两翼开采与两翼向中央开采条件下,中段塑性区、应力分布、位移分步、能量等特征。结论表明两翼向中央回采时,巷道及采场的受力及形变等特征均优于中央向两翼回采。因此,建议获各琦铜矿深部开采采用两翼向中央回采的开采顺序。 With the increase of mining depth in Huogeqi Copper Mine,it is found that the ground pressure activities such as roof collapse and caving of stope and main opening roadway are related to the existing mining sequence.In order to alleviate the above problems and select a reasonable mining sequence,this paper establishes the mine numerical simulation by means of numerical simulation,and takes the middle section of deep mining as the means of numerical simulation.The mining sequence is taken as the research object,and the characteristics of plastic zone,stress distribution,displacement step by step and energy in the middle section are analyzed under the conditions of central mining with two wings and central mining with two wings.The conclusion shows that the stress and deformation characteristics of the roadway and stope are better than those of the central two-wing mining.Therefore,it is suggested that the mining sequence of deep mining in Qi Copper Mine should be from two wings to the central mining.
