摘要
针对金佳矿锚杆索存在预紧力不足,主动控制效果差的现象,以金佳矿1137运输巷为研究对象,分析了巷道围岩的变形破坏特征,发现煤巷变形较大、围岩存在一定程度的网兜和底鼓现象。其次,利用数值模拟和理论分析研究了巷道围岩变形破坏机理。在此基础上,提出了新型锚网梁+锚索联合支护方案。现场应用表明该支护方法能有效控制巷道稳定,巷道开挖后总体收缩率不足1.5%,产生的直接效益可达31.6万元,为类似条件下的巷道维护提供参考和借鉴。
Aiming at the phenomenon of insufficient pre-tightening force and poor active control effect of anchor in Jinjia Coal Mine,the deformation and failure characteristics of surrounding rock in 1137 headgate of Jinjia mine were analyzed.It is found that the deformation of the roadway is large and there is a certain degree of tuck net and floor heave in the surrounding rock.Secondly,the deformation and failure mechanism of roadway surrounding rock is studied by numerical analysis and theoretical analysis.On this basis,a new combined technology of bolt,mesh and beam and anchor cable support scheme is proposed.The field application shows that the proposed support scheme can effectively control the stability of the headgate.The convergence rate of roadway after excavation was less than 1.5%.The direct economic benefit can reach 316000 yuan.Experiences could be provided when the similar condition is encountered.
