摘要
以辽宁某含碳难选金矿石为研究对象,通过X射线衍射、化学组成分析对原矿工艺矿物学性质进行了研究。结果表明,原矿金品位为2.45 g/t,并含有4.38%的碳,金主要赋存在硫化矿物中,主要载金矿物为黄铁矿,主要脉石矿物为石英。分别采用常规浮选和先脱碳后浮金流程进行了浮选对比试验,结果显示在磨矿细度-0.071 mm占90%,CaO用量为800 g/t,CuSO4用量为400 g/t,混合捕收剂总用量为60 g/t(其中丁基黄药和25#黑药的比例为1∶5)的条件下,采用1粗2精3扫的浮选流程,获得了金品位14.33 g/t和金回收率67.60%的浮选精矿;相比于常规浮选流程,预先脱碳浮选指标较差。即矿石适宜采用常规浮选流程处理。
The process mineralogy of a refractory carbon bearing gold ore from Liaoning Province was studied by X-ray diffraction,and chemical composition analysis.The results showed that the grade of gold and carbon is 2.45 g/t and 4.38%,respectively.The gold mainly existed in sulfide minerals,and the main gold carrier mineral and gangue was pyrite and quartz,respectively.Under the optimum flotation conditions of-0.071 mm occupancy 90%,CaO dosage 800 g/t,CuSO4 dosage 400 g/t,the ratio of butyl xanthate to dithiophosphates 25#is 1∶5,and the dosage of mixed collector is 70 g/t,gold concentrate with grade of 14.33 g/t and recovery of 67.60%was achieved via flowsheet of one-stage roughing flotation,two-stage cleaning flotation and three-stage scavenging flotation.Moreover,compared with the routine flotation process,pre-decarbonization flotation was worse,that is the ore is suitable for routine flotation process.
