深井综采工作面区段煤柱合理留设研究

摘要 为解决深井综采工作面区段煤柱合理留设的问题,以山西某矿综采工作面地质条件为基础,基于极限平衡区理论与弹性区理论,对煤柱宽度进行了计算,计算结果表明煤柱宽度不应小于13.87 m,最终确定煤柱宽度为14 m。根据现场对新掘巷道围岩变形量监测结果,根据新巷道围岩变形的监测结果,巷道顶部和底部的最大量约为150 mm,两帮的最大量约为140 mm。围岩变形量均在可接受范围内,表明该煤柱留设方案比较合理,具有一定适用性。 In order to solve the problem of reasonable retention of coal pillars in deep mining face,based on the address conditions of a fully mechanized mining face in Shanxi,based on the theory of limit equilibrium zone and the theory of elastic zone,the coal pillar width is calculated.It indicates that the width of the coal pillar should not be less than 13.87 m,and the width of the coal pillar is finally determined to be 14 m.According to the monitoring results of the surrounding rock deformation of the new roadway,the maximum amount of the top and bottom of the roadway is about 150 mm,and the maximum amount of the two sides is about 140 mm.The deformation of the surrounding rock is within the acceptable range,indicating that the coal pillar remains.The plan is more reasonable and has certain applicability.
