摘要
由于目前缺乏硫酸镍中镍含量分析相应的国家或者行业标准,因此从实际检测需求出发,建立丁二酮肟重量法测定硫酸镍中镍的方法,实验确定干扰掩蔽和沉淀条件等参数,方法精密度RSD在0.56%~0.92%之间,加标回收率在96.54%~100.19%之间,适宜测定范围为8%~25%,方法简便快捷、准确度高且成本低廉。
Due to the lack of national or industry determination standards for nickel content analysis in nickel sulfate,a method for determination of nickel in nickel sulfate by dimethylglyoxime gravimetry is established based on the actual detection requirements.The parameters such as interference masking and precipitation conditions are determined experimentally.Method precision RSD is between 0.56%and 0.92%,the recovery rate is between 96.54%and 100.19%,and the suitable range is 8%to 25%.The method is simple,fast,accurate,and low-cost,and can be used as an industry standard for promotion.
