毛细管气相色谱法检测管网末梢水中二氯乙腈 被引量:1

摘要 目的建立毛细管气相色谱法检测管网末梢水中二氯乙腈(DCAN)含量的分析方法。方法采集G市大学城5所大学的管网末梢水,采用OV 1701毛细管色谱柱和电子捕获检测器进行测定。结果0.1~40μg/L DCAN线性关系良好,相关系数0.9996。G市大学城饮用水管网末梢DCAN含量0.25~0.48μg/L。结论毛细管气相色谱法检测城市饮用水管网末梢DCAN可提高分离效率,节省分离时间。操作简单快速,精密度、准确度较高,值得推广。 Objective To develop a method for determination of Dichloroacetonitrile(DCAN)in the terminal tap water by capillary gas chromatography.Methods Samples of five universities were collected in G city university town,and the OV 1701 capillary column and ECD were used for the determination.Results 0.1~40μg/L DCAN had a good liner relationship with a correlation coefficient of 0.9996.The content of dichloroacetonitrile(DCAN)at the terminal tap drinking water in the university town of G city was 0.25~0.48μg/L.Conclusion Capillary gas chromatography for the detection of dichloroacetonitrile at the terminal tap urban drinking water could improve the separation efficiency and save the separation time;the operation is simple and fast,the precision and accuracy are high,which it is worth popularizing.
