基于加权秩和比法的期刊评价与发展路径探究——以康复医学类期刊为例

Comprehensive Evaluation and Development Path of Periodicals Based on Weighted Rank Sum Ratio Method——Taking Rehabilitation Medicine Journals as an Example

选择《2017年中国科技期刊引证报告(扩刊版)》中的10种文献计量学评价指标,运用因子分析法对22种康复医学类期刊学术影响力水平进行综合评价,构建期刊的综合评价函数;基于因子分析结果采用加权秩和比法对康复医学类期刊进行排序、分档。研究结果发现,康复医学类期刊影响力主要与期刊影响力总量、影响力时效、影响力强度三个因子有关。康复医学类期刊要立足于办刊实际,因时制宜,协调好期刊发文数量、质量间的关系;优化选题,提高期刊影响力时效;坚持内容为王,从增强高度、挖掘深度、拓展广度三个层面入手,切实提升康复医学类期刊的综合影响力。

This study selected 10 bibliometric indexes from Chinese Scientific Journal Citation Reports(Extended Edition)in 2017,and performed a factor analysis on the values of 10 indexes of twenty two rehabilitation medicine journals to construct a formula of comprehensive evaluation system;using weighted rank sum ratio method to rank and classify rehabilitation medicine journals based on factor analysis results.The study found the influence of rehabilitation medicine journals is mainly related to the impact total-factor,impact effectiveness-factor and impact strength-factor.Based on the reality of rehabilitation medicine journals,we should coordinate the relationship between the quantity and quality of journals to different conditions in terms of time;optimize the topic selection and improve the timeliness of journals’influence;adhere to the content as king,and take measures to enhance the comprehensive impact of rehabilitation medical journals from three aspects of journals:enhancing the height,excavating the depth and expanding the breadth.
