The continuous expansion of the space of running schools in colleges and universities is making multi-campus run-ning schools a normal state.In reality,the campus management has problems such as low sense of campus identity,poor commu-nication between different grades and majors and students'cam-pus adjustment dilemma.As a solution,the management mecha-nism of the branch area can be perfected,which can be carried out under the means of adaptive cultivation,autonomy stimula-tion,cultural construction,school style construction and human-istic care.
