摘要
教师是立校之本,年轻教师更是学校建设的关键。近年来,随着“强师计划”“硕师计划”、特岗教师政策等大规模地实施教师招考,教师队伍呈现出越来越年轻化的趋势。随着近年来素质教育的大力推进,鼓励学生的个性发展使部分学生的创新思维和个性化思想得到了全面发展,其中不乏在课堂讨论或解题过程中提出自己独特意见的“意见学生”。这类现象的发生一方面体现着学生鲜明个性与创新思维的发展,一方面挑战着教师的权威。经验丰富的教师自然能够从容面对,那么刚刚走上工作岗位的年轻教师如何处理这类问题,达到与“意见学生”有效沟通呢?本文通过从师生关系的角度出发进行深入分析,提出几点建议,希望能帮助年轻教师快速成长。
Teachers are the foundation of the school and young teachers are the key to the construction of the school.In recent years,with the"strong teacher plan","master teacher plan",spe-cial post teacher policy and other large-scale teacher recruitment,the teacher team has shown a trend of getting younger and younger.With the vigorous development of quality education in recent years,students'innovative thinking and individualized thinking are developing healthily.Among them,there is no short-age of"opinion students"who put forward their own unique opinions in the course of classroom discussion or problem solving.The occurrence of this kind of phenomenon on the one hand re-flects the development of students'distinct personality and inno-vative thinking,on the other hand,challenges the authority of teachers.Experienced teachers can face it with ease,but it is dif-ficult for inexperienced young teachers to deal with the issue and communicate with"opinion students"effectively.From the per-spective of teacher-student relationship,this paper makes an in-depth analysis and puts forward several suggestions to help young teachers grow up quickly.
