新时代高校思想政治理论课教师专业内涵发展的自我探索途径刍议

On the Self-exploration Approach to the Professional Development of Teachers in the Ideological and Political Theory Course of the New Age in Universities

2019年3月,中共中央总书记、国家主席习近平主持召开学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会,明确了新时代学校思想政治理论课教师的职责、要求。高校思想政治理论课教师要成为新时代合格教师,需要在国家统一标准要求下努力发挥主体作用,在对课程(学科)发展与国家发展进程休戚相关的自主反思中、课程(学科)学术研究的自主反思中、职业发展和事业发展关系的自主反思中不断探索自身发展途经,切实承担起立德树人的时代使命。

In March 2019,Xi Jinping,general secretary of the CPC central committee and President of China,presided over a symposium for teachers of ideological and political theories in schools,which clarified the responsibilities and requirements of teachers of ideological and political theories in schools in the new era.In order to become qualified teachers in the new era,teachers of ideological and political theory in universities need to exert their main role in accordance with the requirements of the unified standards of the state.In the independent reflection of the course(subject)development and the National development process,the independent reflection of the academic research of the curriculum(subject),the independent reflection of the relationship between professional development and career development,we constantly explore our own development paths,in order to undertake era mission of strengthening moral education and cultivating people.
