摘要
新时代新常态下对创新型人才的迫切需求给当代大学教育提出了新的挑战,然而,由于大学课堂人文关怀的不足,教师角色转换的错位,师生关系变得模糊,以及传统教学模式的僵化等,导致其面临一系列的困境。正视困境,以底线思维呼吁教师“天职”的回归。通过反转课堂,理顺师生关系,推进教学模式的深化改革,从而为创建新型大学课堂和创新型人才的培养提供有益的路径思考。
The urgent need for innovative talents under the new normal has raised new challenges to contemporary college edu-cation,however,due to the lack of humanistic care in university classroom,dislocation of teacher role transformation,the relation-ship between teachers and students has become blurred,and the rigidity of the traditional teaching mode,and so on,cause it faces a series of difficulties.We should face the dilemma and advocate the return of teachers'"bounden duty"with bottom-line thinking.By reversing the classroom,straightening out the relationship be-tween teachers and students,deepening reform of teaching mode,this paper aims to provide a useful path to the creation of a new-type university classroom and the cultivation of innovative talents.
