本文结合工程项目全过程咨询理念,说明了工程造价专业人才培养模式的不足之处,分析了全过程咨询对工程造价人才专业能力和专业素质的要求,通过对培养理念、培养体系、课程设置、多平台和多渠道培养模式的分析和阐述,提出基于全过程咨询的工程造价人才培养模式,为培养高素质的工程全过程造价咨询人才提供参考。

s Combining with the whole process consultation,this paper explains the deficiency in the training mode of engineering cost talents,and analyzes the requirements of the whole process consultation for the professional ability and professional quality of engineering cost talents.Through the analysis and elaboration of the training concept,training system,curriculum setting,mul-ti-platform and multi-channel cultivation model,this paper pro-poses the training mode of engineering cost talents based on the whole process consultation,hoping to provide a certain reference for training high-quality engineering cost talents based on the whole process consultation.
