摘要
为了适应教育部夯实新应用型人才的培养需求与毕业生就业市场的现实需求,各大高等院校必须转型升级以突破人才培养的瓶颈。本文以重庆师范大学为例,借助Python,基于2014-2018级地理科学专业本科人才培养方案,通过对268名学生的就业选择及其对现行课程设置的问卷调查,以需求为导向,探索课程体系设置与实施分流机制,以期为科学地制定更有针对性、有效性、实用性的人才培养方案提供依据。
With the demands for strengthening application-ori-ented talents training proposed by the Ministry of Education and the actual needs of the graduate employment market,colleges and universities are facing the bottleneck of transformation and up-grading to solve the problem of talent cultivation.In this paper,the existing course systems of the 2014,2015,2016,2017 and 2018 undergraduate talent training programs for geographical science were firstly analyzed,taking Chongqing Normal Univer-sity as an example.Then the students'views and suggestions on the current course systems were analyzed by Python software,based on the questionnaire surveys of 268 students who choose different employment directions.Finally,the establishment and implementation of course systems under distribution mechanism were explored so as to provide a basis for more scientifically for-mulated targeted,effective and practical talent training programs.
