基于新课程改革发展的背景,我国高职教育发展得到了质的飞跃,越来越多的高职英语教师认识到创新教学模式的重要性。在现代高职英语教育发展过程中,英语教师要以就业为核心导向,积极转变自身教学理念,通过结合市场人才培养要求和学生英语学习需求特点,创新完善课堂实践教学模式,不断提高学生英语实践应用能力和综合职业素养,促使学生英语学习的全面发展。本文将进一步对就业导向下的高职英语教育模式展开分析与探讨,旨在为同行提供科学参考依据。

Based on the development of the new curriculum re-form,the development of higher vocational education has made a qualitative leap in China,and more and more higher vocational English teachers have realized the importance of innovating teaching models.In the development of modern higher vocational English education,English teachers should take employment as the core orientation and actively change their teaching concepts.By combining market requirements for talent training and the characteristics of students'English learning needs,they should innovate and improve classroom practical teaching models and continuously improve students'ability of English practical appli-cation and comprehensive professional quality,so as to promote the all-round development of students'English learning.This paper will further analyze and explore the employment-oriented education model of higher vocational English,in order to provide scientific reference for the readers.
