在海外水利工程项目投资或承包过程中,由于海外水利工程施工环境复杂多变,为避免投资失败或成本亏损,确保工程顺利进行,运用相关风险方法,对工程勘察、设计、施工和运维等4个阶段存在的质量风险进行剖析,并提出相关风险管控措施。

In the process of investment or contract of overseas water conservancy projects,in order to avoid investment failure or cost loss and ensure the smooth progress of the project,this paper applies relevant risk control measures to analyzes the quality risks existing in the four stages of project,like investigation,design,construction,operation and maintenance,and based on the complex and changeable construction environment of overseas water conservancy projects.
