摘要
本文以‘夏黑’葡萄为试材,研究了经不同质量浓度ABA、GA3处理对‘夏黑’葡萄果实品质的影响。研究表明,100 g.L^-1 ABA处理效果最佳,在最后一次测定中(8月31日),总糖含量比对照提高30.28%,总酸和单宁含量分别比对照降低40.82%,38.09%。结果表明,100 g.L^-1 ABA能显著提高‘夏黑’葡萄果实品质。
The effects of ABA and GA3 treatment on the fruit quality of‘summer black’grape was studied in this paper with‘summer black’grape as test material.The results showed that ABA treatment of G.L^-1 was the best,and in the last determination(August 31),total sugar content was increased by 30.28%,and total acid and tannin content were 40.82%and 38.09%lower than control respectively.The results showed that 100 g.L^-1 ABA could significantly improve the quality of‘summer black’grape fruit.
