摘要
通过XRD、SEM、TGA-DSC等手段对不同浸酸时间的正生极板的物质相组成、形貌状态等进行分析测试,对不同浸酸时间下化成后正极板的化学组成进行分析,并组装2 V 10 Ah的试验电池,对其电气性能进行考察。结果表明,不同浸酸时间正生极板的物质组成变化规律明显,且浸酸时间控制在0.5~1 h时化成后蓄电池的综合电气性能较好。
We analyze the material composition,micro-morphology of the unformed positive plate with different acid soaking time by XRD,SEM,TGA-DSC and so on,and the composition of the positive plates after battery formation with different acid soaking time is researched.Meanwhile,the performance of 2 V 10 Ah test battery with different acid soaking time is tested.The results show that there has an obvious regularity between the plate material composition and acid soaking time,and the comprehensive performance of battery will be better when the soaking time of the battery should be controlled between 0.5~1 h.
