摘要
板栅被称作正、负极活性物质的“骨架”和极板的“血液系统”,特别是正板栅的性能更与铅酸蓄电池的使用寿命息息相关。向低Sn含量、低Ca含量的正板栅合金中添加其它金属元素(代号Me),并对其及几种常规正板栅合金进行成分、金相、电化学,以及电池寿命的测试。结果发现,高Sn含量、低Ca含量的合金具有良好的耐腐蚀性能,以及长的使用寿命,而低Sn含量、低Ca含量的合金通过一些Me元素的加入,也可以达到相同的性能,同时取得更好的经济效益。
Grid is called the"skeleton"of the positive and negative active material and the"blood system"of the plate,especially the performance of the positive grid is closely related to the service life of lead-acid batteries.In this essay,by adding other metal element(s)(Me)to positive grid alloys with low Sn and low Ca and testing their composition,metallographic phase,electrochemistry and battery life,it is found that alloys with high Sn and low Ca have good corrosion resistance and long service life,while alloys with low Sn and low Ca can achieve the same performance by adding some Me elements,meanwhile with low cost,they have good application prospect.
