一种铅酸蓄电池盖料仓的设计

摘要 铅酸蓄电池生产过程中,传统的手工组装铅酸蓄电池盖被自动组装机所取代。在蓄电池盖自动机械手的研发中,电池盖料仓是该蓄电池盖自动机械手的重要组成部分。将设计的电池盖料仓放置在机器上,由机器的上料机构来实现自动上料。电池盖料仓采用了两组多层托盘的设计,一方面可以降低整个生产过程中工人的劳动强度,改善作业环境,另一方面能提高生产效率。 In the process of producing lead-acid batteries,the automatic assembly equipment is instead of the traditional artificial operation.In the research and development of battery cover automatic manipulator,the battery cover hopper is an important part of the battery cover automatic manipulator.The designed hopper is installed on the assembly machine to implement automatic feeding via a feeding mechanism of the machine.The hopper design with two sets of multi-layer pallets ensures the automatic production of container-cover combination,thereby reducing the labor intensity of workers during production process,improving the working environment,and raising the production ef ficiency of container-cover combination.
