摘要
将黏均相对分子质量为7.8×10^4的聚丙烯腈(PAN)溶于硫氰酸钠(NaSCN)水溶液中制备了PAN质量分数为13.5%,NaSCN质量分数为44.1%~49.3%的PAN/NaSCN水溶液,采用高级旋转流变仪,研究了NaSCN含量对PAN/NaSCN水溶液体系流变性能的影响。结果表明:随着PAN/NaSCN水溶液中NaSCN含量升高,溶液黏度升高,松驰时间略有增大,储能模量和损耗模量增大;在40℃时NaSCN质量分数为49.3%的PAN/NaSCN水溶液的零切黏度可达91.6Pa·s;30~60℃时,不同NaSCN含量的PAN/NaSCN水溶液的黏流活化能约为28kJ/mol;在0~60℃,不同NaSCN含量的PAN/NaSCN水溶液均匀稳定,呈溶液状态。
Polyacrylonitrile/sodium thiocyanate(PAN/NaSCN)aqueous solution containing 13.5%PAN and 44.1%-49.3%NaSCN by mass fraction was prepared by dissolving PAN with viscosity average molecular weight of 7.8×10^4 in NaSCN aqueous solution.The effect of NaSCN content on the rheological properties of PAN/NaSCN aqueous system was studied by using advanced rotary rheometer.The results showed that the viscosity of the solution increased,the relaxation time slightly increased,and the storage modulus and loss modulus increased with the increase of NaSCN content in PAN/NaSCN aqueous solution;the zero shear viscosity of PAN/NaSCN aqueous solution with 49.3%NaSCN by mass fraction was 91.6 Pa·s at 40℃;the viscous flow activation energy of PAN/NaSCN aqueous solution with different NaSCN content was about 28 kJ/mol at 30-60℃;and PAN/NaSCN aqueous solution with different NaSCN content was uniform and stable in solution state at 0-60℃.
