纺涤纶POY彩色丝卷绕设备的技术改造

Technical innovation of winding equipment for colored polyester POY

采用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)灰色切片为原料,生产530dtex/96f灰色涤纶预取向丝(POY),对现有卷绕设备进行技术改造,阐述了主要改造措施及实施效果。结果表明:以新型ZWT612-180全自动卷绕头替代BW1235半自动卷绕头,以?160mm×180mm的大导丝盘替代?160mm×160mm的导丝盘,重新制作基础底板及导轨,对兔子头进行喷油雾润滑,选用陶瓷导丝器,生产涤纶POY彩色丝时,无废丝,满卷切换成功率达98.5%以上,在加弹过程中POY退净率达95%以上;相比BW1235半自动卷绕头,使用ZWT612-180全自动卷绕头生产灰色涤纶POY,POY产品的线密度、断裂强度、断裂伸长率的变异系数均降低,产品质量得到提高,经济效益明显。

A grey polyester pre-oriented yarn(POY)of 530 dtex/96f was produced using grey polyethylene terephthalate(PET)chips as raw material.The technical innovation of winding equipment was performed.And the innovation measures and effects were described.The results showed that the colored polyester POY can be produced with no waste yarn,full-package rate above 98.5%and unwinding rate above 95%during the texturing process by using a new type ZWT612-180 full-automatic winding head instead of BW1235 semi-automatic winding head and?160 mm×180 mm large guide disc instead of?160 mm×160 mm guide disc,making a new base plate and guide rail,lubricating scatheless traverse guide by mist spray,and selecting ceramic traverse guide;and compared with BW1235 semi-automatic winding head,ZWT612-180 full-automatic winding head contributed the reduced variation coefficient of linear density,breaking strength and elongation at break to the produced POY products and provided the improved product quality and the significantly increased economic benefit.
