Energy consumption optimization of polyester staple fiber plant

摘要 分析了100kt/a涤纶短纤维装置的能耗构成及用能现状,从蒸汽、电能、冷冻水和压缩空气等方面实施了用能优化措施。结果表明:通过蒸汽冷凝液回收利用、停用或取代部分0.4MPa蒸汽用能点等措施,可提高蒸汽利用效率,降低蒸汽消耗;通过安装谐波吸收器、更换装置内照明灯带等措施,可降低电能消耗;通过压缩空气用能点优化,可降低压缩空气用量;通过空调改造及季节性差异化操作,可节省冷冻水、0.4MPa蒸汽及电能的消耗;实施用能优化措施后,涤纶短纤维装置单位产品综合能耗由优化前的4812.3MJ/t下降至4240.0MJ/t,降低了11.89%,单位产品总能耗费用由优化前的331.8元/t下降至259.45元/t,降低了21.81%。 The energy consumption breakdown and status of 100 kt/a polyester staple fiber plant were analyzed.The optimization measures of energy consumption were carried out from the aspects of steam,electric power,chilled water and compressed air.The results showed that the steam utilization efficiency can be improved to reduce the steam consumption by partial shutdown or substitution of 0.4 MPa steam energy consumption points using recovered steam condensate;the electric energy consumption can be reduced by installing harmonic absorber and replacing lighting belt in the plant;the compressed air consumption can be reduced by optimizing the energy consumption points of compressed air;the consumption of chilled water,0.4 MPa steam and electric power can be saved by air conditioning modification and seasonally varied operation;and the comprehensive energy consumption per unit product of polyester staple fiber plant decreased from 4812.3 MJ/t to 4240.0 MJ/t with a decrease of 11.89%,and the total energy consumption cost per unit product decreased from 331.8 RMB yuan/t to 259.45 RMB yuan/t with a decrease of 21.81%after optimization.
